Production Executive

As a Production Executive at our company located in Umbergaon, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of production targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and output goals. - Ensure adherence to production schedules and address any operational issues. - Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures throughout the production process. - Keep records of production activities, including reports on output, efficiency, and defects. - Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to guarantee raw material availability. - Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies. - Liaise with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for seamless operations. - Prepare CAPA for Departmental Non-confirmative and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Ensure compliance with ISO-9001:2015, ISO-15378:2017, ISO-14001:2015, and ISO-45001:2018 standards. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures. - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and production management software. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. *Note: Preferred qualifications include experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques, as well as knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry.* If you are passionate about production management and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for this Full-Time position by sending your resume to vikash@efficientengg.com.,
