Production Executive

The Production Executive role based in Umbergaon within the Production- Assembly department, reports to the Production Manager. As a Production Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. You will be required to coordinate with various teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure the timely achievement of production targets. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, resolving operational issues, monitoring and maintaining production equipment, implementing safety and quality control measures, maintaining production activity records, collaborating with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability, training and guiding production staff, identifying areas for improvement, working closely with other departments for seamless operations, preparing CAPA for Departmental Non-confirmatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and maintaining ISO certifications. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. You should possess a strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office and production management software, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement techniques, and knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry would be preferred. This is a Full-Time position.
