Production Executive

Job Title: Production Executive Position Overview: As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the metal detection process of finished products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining efficient product flow prior to packaging. Your role is critical in ensuring that all products are contaminant-free, properly documented, and meet quality standards before progressing to the next stages. Key Responsibilities: Metal Detector Operations: Oversee daily operations of the metal detector machines, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Perform regular calibration and validation of metal detectors as per company SOPs. Ensure proper placement of product on the conveyor and monitor flow through the metal detector system. Isolate and document any product that triggers a metal detection alert and follow rejection handling procedures. Product Quality Assurance: Ensure all products passing through the metal detector are within food safety standards and free of physical contaminants. Coordination and Documentation: Record all metal detection checks, validations, and rejections as per FSMS standards. Maintain detailed records of daily operations, deviations, machine calibration, and corrective actions. Ensure seamless communication with the Box Packaging section post-metal detection clearance. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs with the maintenance team. Ensure regular cleaning and sanitization of the metal detector machines and surrounding areas as per GMP/GHP norms. Stock and Label Verification: Ensure the right product, with correct batch codes and labels, is processed through the metal detector. Maintain traceability logs for products passed through the metal detector. Hygiene Checklist: Implement and maintain hygiene checklists for the metal detection area. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills (Hindi) Basic understanding of metal detection systems. Team coordination and communication Ability to manage the team in the MD section
