Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive located in Palghar. The Production Executive will oversee and manage the daily operations in the manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with different departments, managing production schedules, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Production Executive will also ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals manufacturing
• Proficiency in managing production processes and understanding regulatory standards (USFDA, EUGMP, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Holds a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience with CDMO services and production of Generic APIs, Intermediates, and Xanthine derivatives is an advantage
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
