Job Description

Role Overview:

Mapping Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
online barcode scanning
to ensure accurate product mapping and traceability.
Prepare and update
MIS reports
regularly to track production metrics and mapping status.
Handle
data entry
tasks related to product details, barcodes, inventory, and mapping updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies in mapping or data.
Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and report any issues promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:
Graduate / Diploma holder
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
and Google Sheets
Experience in
barcode scanning
or data entry preferred
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good communication and coordination skills
