Experience: 8-12yrs

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan and supervise fabrication production activities including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly operations.
* Develop and optimize fabrication processes to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
* Monitor and maintain fabrication equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and minimizing downtime.
* Implement quality control measures to meet engineering drawings and client specifications.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability and resolve technical issues.
* Conduct root cause analysis for fabrication defects and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and update work instructions, process flow charts, and SOPs related to fabrication processes.
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies within the fabrication shop floor.
* Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and tooling requirements.
* Support the introduction of automation and advanced fabrication techniques.
* Track and report key production metrics such as cycle times, yield, and equipment utilization.
