Assembly of Electrical /Mechanical Components and testing - Responsible for assembly of electrical/Mechanical components for all cranes as per target. Monitor output and take necessary actions to avoid delay at customer end.
Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources.
Managment of Manpower of Assembly Line: Utilization of the resource provided for the electrical and mechanical parts inside Assembly and Paint line efficiently.
Coordination with Global Team - To resolve issues related with the new product, technical issues, customer complaints, SAP as and when required
New supplier development - Responsible for new supplier development of electrical components and cost reduction projects.

Coordinate with CC for after sales service.
