Meet - Sanjay - HR

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Production or Manufacturing Engineering role (preferably in Electronics or Relay Manufacturing).

Role and Responsibility:

• Monitor and control relay assembly and testing operations.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved with minimal downtime. Lead daily line meetings and communicate performance metrics.
• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
• Reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize layout and workflow.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all relay products meet quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Provide technical support and training to production staff.
