Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer with 5 years of experience in the civil and steel detailing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee production workflows, coordinate detailing activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality structural drawings and fabrication deliverables in compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules for steel detailing and civil drawing deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and quality teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of shop and GA drawings.
• Supervise a team of detailers and checkers to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings for detailing and fabrication.
• Monitor and control production workflow, identifying and resolving any technical or scheduling issues.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Maintain documentation and track progress of detailing activities for reporting and billing purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel detailing and civil production engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural fabrication drawings and detailing processes.
• Good understanding of steel structures, connections, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
