Solar Panel Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Solar Board Installer to join our renewable energy team. The installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and electrical wiring based on design specifications.
• Conduct site preparation and layout for solar PV installations.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of solar systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and conduct repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project managers during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all local codes, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in solar panel installation (rooftop or ground-mounted).
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
