Production Planning & Optimization • Develop and oversee production plans to ensure optimal production, meeting quality standards and delivery schedules. • Achieve targeted production volumes with minimal downtime and waste. • Ensure continuous improvement in production output and process efficiencies. Quality Assurance & Control • Establish and monitor quality control systems to maintain high standards for raw material and finished products • Implement rigorous testing and inspection protocols to reduce defects and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards Technical Operations & Maintenance • Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment and ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules • Drive initiatives for equipment upgrades, process automation, and the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency Process Improvement & Innovation • Identify and implement innovative manufacturing techniques and process improvements in manufacturing involving fabrication and machining practices. • Work on reducing cost per unit and increasing operational efficiency through process innovations and technology integration Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) • Enforce a strong HSE culture by ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training programs to maintain a safe workplace [ensure zero-noncompliance in audits]
