Job Description

Job Title: Production and Assembly Supervisor Department: Production Location: Libaspur Village, Samypur Badli, Delhi Reporting To: Plant Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To perform tasks related to the production and assembly of products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines and tools used in production Assemble components or finished products according to specifications Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions accurately Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met Maintain clean and organized workstations Meet daily/weekly production targets Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: B.Tech Prior experience in production. (preferred) Ability to understand basic instructions or drawings Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks Basic understanding of quality standards Good teamwork and communication skills.
