We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.   ---  Key Responsibilities:  Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.  Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet targets.  Supervise production staff and allocate tasks to ensure efficiency and quality standards.  Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.  Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams for smooth operations.  Monitor machinery performance and ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed.  Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.  Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.  Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
