We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership potential, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor workers, production processes, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining production schedules and meeting targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Support in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalating major concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Assist in training new employees and improving team performance.

Driving License Must

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
