Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in robotics to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge robotic systems and components. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of robotics technology. Key skill - Mechanical Design ,3D Modeling ,Prototyping ,Material Selection ,Collaboration ,Simulation ,Documentation ,Cost Analysis ,Quality Assurance ,Continuous Learning Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop mechanical systems , components , and assemblies for robotic applications, ensuring functionality , safety , and manufacturability. 2. Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works) to define the geometry and specifications of robotic parts. 3. Build and test prototypes of mechanical components and systems to validate design concepts and make necessary improvements. 4.Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to optimize performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. 5.Work closely with electrical engineers, software developers, and other team members to integrate mechanical and mechatronic systems seamlessly. 6. Perform simulations and analysis (e.g., finite element analysis) to evaluate and optimize the structural and thermal performance of robotic components. 7. Maintain detailed records of design specifications, changes, and testing results. Create and update technical documentation. 8. Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for mechanical components and systems. 9. Ensure that designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control standards. 10. Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics technology and mechanical engineering principles. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - One years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on robotics. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works) and simulation tools. - Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and rapid prototyping techniques. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements in robotics. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
