🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities & ensure on-time delivery.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma practices.
Perform RCA & implement CAPA to reduce defects.
Coordinate with Quality, Design & Supply Chain teams.
Maintain ISO standards, safety norms & compliance.
Monitor preventive & predictive maintenance.
Prepare production reports using Zoho systems.
🛠️ Technical Skills
Welding: SMAW, MIG, TIG, Submerged Arc
Cutting & Shearing: Pug, Hydraulic Press
Robotics: MIG Welding, Spot Welding
TMT Cutting & Rolling Machines
Punching & Drilling Machines
Lifting: Gantry Crane, Forklift, EOT Crane
Painting/Coating: Epoxy, Blasting, Hot Dip Galvanizing
