Production Designer

Your Role: As an Associate Designer (Content Production), you will be responsible for creating and formatting different types of marketing literature content, infographics, fillable forms, presentations, templates, etc., following Invesco's standards. You will be using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), and other tools. An Associate Designer is an agent who creates visually compelling materials for our internal and external clients and also assists in making the content accessible to everyone. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely within the team (Designer/Seniors) and marketing teams to execute content production tasks that are aligned with the company's brand identity. - Assist in creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including forms, marketing collaterals, and presentations. - Assist with photo retouching, infographics & Charts, and other graphic elements as needed. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. - Revise designs based on feedback and make necessary improvements to meet project objectives. - Become proficient in utilizing the web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). - A portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and a range of skills across different types of media. - Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and other design tools. - Basic understanding of design principles like typography, composition, and color theory. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs. - Excellent communication skills and demonstrates teamwork. - Familiarity with Accessibility knowledge (WCAG Guidelines 2.0) is a plus but not required. - Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) and video editing software is a plus but not required.
