About the Role:

Production Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management:

  Handle end-to-end production logistics including scheduling, transport, equipment coordination, and on-ground support.

• Creator Scouting:

  Research and identify relevant creators/influencers for upcoming projects and campaigns.

• Booking & Accommodation:

  Manage Airbnb or similar bookings and travel arrangements for creators and crew.

• Creator Coordination:

  Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams; ensure timely communication, briefings, and deliverables.

• Shoot Direction Support:

  Assist in planning and direction of shoots, ensuring alignment with creative vision.

• Budget Management:

  Track and manage production budgets; assist in cost planning and reconciliations.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Collaborate with account managers and copywriters to ensure pre-production, production, and post-production run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Interest or background in media, production, or influencer marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
