Production Coordinator

As a Production Engineer at the Furniture Manufacturing Company, your role involves managing daily shift activities to achieve rated output, ensuring production efficiency, and minimizing losses at all levels. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring and implementing all Safety Systems - Deploying and managing manpower during shifts - Conducting project studies - Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, and production planning - Creating AutoCAD drawings for production purposes In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be involved in Production Planning by developing schedules based on customer demand and capacity. You will oversee Material Management to coordinate with procurement teams and maintain inventory levels. Quality Assurance will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure high-quality furniture products. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing welding and fabrication processes, machinery operation, assembly, finishing, and workforce management. Safety compliance, cost control, efficiency improvement, documentation, and reporting will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in a similar field. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of steel furniture manufacturing techniques are preferred.
