Production Coordinator

As a Production Assistant, your role will involve primarily supporting the production department by assisting superiors in preparing and compiling reports. You will be responsible for preparing, generating, and releasing job orders/purchase requisitions to various departments based on confirmed job orders. Your key responsibilities will include planning production output, monitoring machine capacity, OEE, and ensuring committed schedules are met by working closely with inter-departments. In addition, you will provide regular updates to the sales/Projects team on project development in a timely manner and maintain records of Production/Engineering/Technical documents. You will also arrange production runs according to Supervisor/HOD instructions, handle the receiving/distribution of raw materials for production usage, and distribute parts to other departments for the next process. Your role will also involve systemizing and improving workflow, utilizing ERP/reporting tools effectively, and demonstrating the ability to understand and interpret all technical drawings and part specifications. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum NTC/Nitec level ME/Mechatronic or its relevant educational background and at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a clerical environment or manufacturing. You should be proficient in clerical duties, computer literacy, result-oriented, resourceful, independent, and have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.,
