You will be responsible for providing all essential IT support services to the company in a corporate environment. As a team player, you will be involved in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP and MES solutions. Your key responsibilities will include managing and tracking IT assets in the organization, which includes software/services licensing installed on the computerized system. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing periodic maintenance programs of the IT infrastructure, covering desktop PCs, file and print servers, storage, backup, telco, and networking, as well as security systems on door access and CCTV. You will also manage periodic backup, disaster, and recovery programs to ensure that all systems are tested regularly for a well-executed recovery. In this role, it is crucial to ensure that procedures/documentations are well recorded and maintained, and always kept up to date. You will be expected to ensure that standard operating procedures governing the operations of systems are always in practice and function in the most effective manner. Moreover, you should be able to initiate and run improvement programs independently to enhance IT operations within the organization.,
