What You’ll Do

Operation of highly sophisticated, fully automatic dairy powder plant.
Troubleshooting of plant.
Maintaining quality of the product.
Compliance to customer requirements.
Documentation for various customer requirements.
Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer.
Helping operation of Liquid milk plant.
Co-ordination with internal customers viz.
Maintenance team
Fresh milk reception
Quality control
Main plant
Co-ordination with external customers
Customer’s auditors
External agencies like statutory audits
Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation.

What You Need To Succeed

B. Tech (Dairy technology)
4-5 years of experience in relevant field of dairy spray drying
Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7.
Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred.

Personal skills:

Shall have communication skills.Good technical decision makingCompliance to SOP.Good knowledge of technology and qualityGood team player MultitaskingGood Leadership skills
