Production Associate

As a Production Associate LiveOps at Ruby Seven Studios, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple live games by collaborating with various internal teams. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will play a key role in monitoring game health, resolving player issues, and delivering valuable insights to enhance player experience and game performance. **Core Responsibilities:** - Act as the first point of contact for customer support issues, providing timely and empathetic communication to enhance player satisfaction. - Monitor incoming player tickets, prioritize queries based on urgency, and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams. - Collaborate with Production, QA, Tech, Backend, and Analytics teams to investigate and resolve live issues, maintaining transparent communication. - Utilize internal tools and third-party dashboards to actively monitor live game performance, detect anomalies, and proactively escalate potential disruptions. - Support post-launch game operations by ensuring efficient coordination across teams, maintaining game stability, and improving operational workflows continuously. **Desired Profile:** - 3-5 years of experience in LiveOps, Production Support, or a related role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities. - Highly organized with exceptional task management skills. - Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems. - Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus. - Prior experience or familiarity with the gaming industry is preferred. **Benefits:** - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund **Schedule:** - Morning shift **Additional Details:** - Job Type: Full-time - Performance bonus Experience: - LiveOps: 3 years (Required),
