We’re Hiring: Production Associate – Menswear / International Wear (2–4 yrs) 📍 Location: Kolkata A leading brand in luxury fashion is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Production Associate to support their menswear and international wear collections. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of garment production. Candidates with a background in design are preferred, as the position involves close coordination with design teams to bring global collections to life. 👉 Exposure to embroidery techniques and ethnic wear is an added advantage. 🔹 What You’ll Do: Collaborate with design teams to ensure design intent is translated into final garments Support production planning and execution for menswear and international apparel lines Manage and optimize production floor operations, allocating tasks to masters and tailors Monitor quality standards and ensure on-time delivery Maintain and track detailed production reports and key metrics 🔹 What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in fashion designing or apparel production Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field Strong design sensibility with understanding of international fashion standards 🔗 If you’re passionate about high-quality designing and garment production and want to be part of global fashion collections, ...we’d love to connect! 📩 Apply now at samolima.baruah@gforces.in
