Job Title: Production Assistant / Accounts Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 (experience-based)
Type: Full-time, Long-term

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dependable, organised Production Assistant to support Production, Accounts, and Operations in Advertising Industry. You will work directly with the Founder and Executive Producer in communication, scheduling, coordination, and project management. Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Founder & Executive Producer in day-to-day production tasks
• Client communication, follow-ups, calls, and email coordination
• Prepare quotations, budgets, and breakdowns
• Discuss project requirements with clients, vendors & internal teams
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, ensure reminders
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and production documents
• Maintain basic accounts, expense logs, and operational reports
• Coordinate crew, vendors, locations, and shoot logistics
• Manage shoot-day support, travel planning, and on-ground tasks
• Maintain accuracy, punctuality, confidentiality, and trust
• Solve unexpected production issues with discipline and calmness

Requirements:

• Must be based in Kochi
• Must own a 2-wheeler or car (mandatory)
• Must have a laptop
• Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation & organisational skills
• Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
• Willingness to travel frequently
• 0–2 yrs experience (₹12k for freshers; up to ₹15k for experienced)
• Long-term commitment required
