Roles And Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive product documentation for EdisonOS, including user guides, FAQs, and feature release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and designers to understand technical details and transform them into clear, user-friendly content.
• Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to accurately document product workflows, new features, and best practices.
• Write UX copy for various elements of the product interface, ensuring alignment with usability standards and overall product voice.
• Review and edit existing documentation to enhance clarity, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining APA style.
• Work with the marketing team to craft copy for product launches, email campaigns, and website content relevant to educators and knowledge professionals.
• Regularly update internal documentation and knowledge bases based on product updates and feedback from users or support teams.
• Participate in product meetings, demos, and testing to stay updated on feature developments and ensure timely documentation delivery.
