Job Responsibilities: Provide digital training for sales representatives on all priority products. Ensure they understand the basic science and unique selling points (USPs) of each product to effectively engage in conversations with doctors. Train them on proper fieldwork etiquette. Offer training on relevant technology to enhance their performance in the field. Participate in the interview process to screen candidates. Improve processes to make fieldwork more productive. Requirements: Science Graduation is must PMT experience / ASM Pharma sales for 2-3 years is must Location : Hyderabad & Bangalore (Mon- Sat)
