Job Description

Role & responsibilities Deliver product, process, tech & customer service training to retail staff of Retail stores Practice different methodologies and use practical approaches towards learners. Collaborate and work closely with business- Business Heads/Zonal Managers to deliver business goals through training interventions. Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners. Manage attrition during training. Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs. Do OJT & Classroom Training. Maintaining the Reports of Refreshers / On Job Training and doing business Impact training. Identify training needs and preparation of training calendar. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Retail Industry Experience in Training for a minimum of 4-7 Years Preferred candidate profile Candidate could be from Sales or training background. Should have understanding of Sales.
