Product Tagging Executive

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are accurately tagged and efficiently dispatched to our customers. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Product Tagging:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, meticulously tagging products with accurate descriptions, categories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure consistency and accuracy in product tagging.

Image Management:

• Capture high-quality product images using a digital camera or mobile phone within Google Drive.
• Ensure proper lighting, background, and positioning for clear and professional product visualisation.

Order Fulfilment:

• Assist with packaging and dispatching orders efficiently, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packaged for shipment.

Logistics Knowledge (Preferred):

• Familiarity with basic logistics concepts like packaging standards, shipping methods, and order fulfilment processes is a plus.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of product photography basics.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and order fulfilment processes.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail (preferred)
