: Full-time | Night Shift (Post 6 PM IST) | Rotational Sunday Working

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Trainee. This role involves working closely with vendors and customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, drive adoption of our product, and provide ongoing operational and technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a willingness to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Onboarding & Support:

  • Guide vendors and customers through product onboarding via phone calls and email.
  • Drive product adoption by proactively following up with users and resolving any onboarding-related concerns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to user queries over phone or email.
  • Monitor user activity and ensure system engagement and account health.

Operations & Issue Resolution:

  • Support daily operational tasks and ensure product issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops) to resolve escalated issues end-to-end.
  • Keep detailed records of user interactions and issues in internal systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline).
  • 01 year of experience in customer support, operations, or training roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
  • Confident phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint ; familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfort in interacting with new people across various backgrounds and roles
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with customer onboarding tools or CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of procurement or vendor management processes.
