Job Description

As a Product Support Specialist at Frontier eHR, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our valued clients. You will be a crucial part of our support team, ensuring that customers" needs and queries are promptly attended to. You will also be responsible for logging support matters, managing issue escalation, performing on-site duties and software updates for existing customers, and handling any other ad-hoc customer services that may arise. In addition, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating Frontiers CRM, FAQs, and knowledge base systems. Your involvement in customer engagement activities such as surveys, seminars, workshops, and training sessions will be essential for building strong relationships with our clients. To excel in this role, you should possess at least a diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft IIS, DotNET, Microsoft Windows Server, HRIS, Microsoft SQL, SMTP, and Windows Firewall. Experience in customer service and HR-related domains will be advantageous, as well as strong IT technical and networking skills. As part of our team, you will need to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Your verbal and written communication skills should be strong, and you should have a knack for quickly learning new technologies.
