About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Strategy Specialist who can bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and product execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for our product line.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
→ Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.→ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to turn strategy into actionable plans.→ Track product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.→ Create and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.→ Communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

→ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field.
→ 3+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or business analysis (preferably in a product-based setup).→ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.→ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.→ Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
