As a Product Strategy Specialist at our company, your role will involve bridging the gap between business goals, user needs, and product execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for our product line. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. - Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company objectives. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to turn strategy into actionable plans. - Track product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement. - Create and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. - Communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or business analysis (preferably in a product-based setup). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms is a plus.
