Product Strategist

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Strategist at Custiv, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies that align with the overall business goals. Your main responsibility will be to help the company enter new markets with innovative products that outperform the competition. By conducting in-depth market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the success of Custiv's manufacturing and supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify new market opportunities and assess the competitive landscape, taking into account manufacturing and globalisation considerations. - Develop product strategies that capitalize on Custiv's strengths and differentiate the company from competitors, while also considering manufacturing and globalisation factors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products within budget and deadlines, while considering manufacturing and globalisation aspects. - Monitor product performance closely and make necessary adjustments to the product strategy based on market feedback and internal analysis, always considering manufacturing and globalisation implications. Qualifications Required: - Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Multi-sided markets, Tech Platforms, Manufacturing Industry, or Strategy Consulting. - Background in Engineering (CS, Electrical, Mechanical/Industrial) is highly preferred. - MBA degree is optional but desirable for this role. - Proven experience in product strategy focusing on new market entry, competitive strategy, manufacturing, and globalisation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for cross-functional teamwork. - Strategic thinking and creativity are key attributes for this position. - Deep understanding of the product development process is required. - Familiarity with manufacturing and globalisation processes and considerations is important.
