The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electronic components and a knack for building supplier networks, negotiating smart deals, and managing supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Identification & Validation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for electronic components and assemblies. Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness, quality compliance, and timely delivery. Execute and maintain accurate procurement documentation. Procurement Execution: Manage the sourcing process from RFQ to PO issuance while aligning with internal quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain and quick resolution of issues.Ensure that sourced components meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and are delivered as per the schedule.Stay updated with market trends in electronics, develop sourcing strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sourcing process.Maintain supplier data and procurement records in ERP systems. Use analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Skills & Qualifications: Vendor Relationship Management: Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD): Market Intelligence & Sourcing Strategy: ERP & Data Management: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of electronic components and manufacturing ecosystems. Proven experience in supplier negotiation, procurement documentation, and vendor development. Analytical thinking and decision-making ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in ERP systems is a plus. Soft Skills: Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving. Strong time management and multitasking ability. Willingness to continuously learn and improve soft skills and sourcing strategies.
