To ensure regulatory compliance of chemical products in alignment with global regulations, supporting global product stewardship initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and relevant systems.

Monitor and assess regulatory developments; ensure systems are prepared for changes.
Interpret upcoming regulations and assess impact on Clariant’s portfolio with regional/BUs coordination.
Provide data for risk and impact assessments.
Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication.
Contribute to global initiatives.
Manage product safety data in SAP (evaluation, maintenance, archiving).
Support continuous improvement of global Product Stewardship processes.
Create regulatory documents as per business needs, ensuring smooth operations.
