Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex PL/SQL scripts to support various business functions. You will oversee the management and optimization of MS SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability. Your expertise in Oracle database management will be crucial in ensuring data integrity and security. Utilizing Facets, you will efficiently manage and process healthcare claims. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze and resolve issues related to Medicare & Medicaid Claims. Implementing best practices for claims processing will be essential to improve accuracy and efficiency. You will conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure seamless integration. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be important to document processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Additionally, you will participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, monitor system performance, suggest improvements to optimize operations, and contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise. The qualifications for this role include possessing strong technical skills in PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Facets. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities, show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies, have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, and display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
