Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted CMS liability book growth for Retail CMS business in the assigned geography.
  • Deep Integrated CMS Activations-Drive Core CMS product activations
  • rate in high valued key accounts and ensure seamless integration.
  • NTB Performance Drive D0 & M0 CMS activations in NTB accounts by collaborating with branch/channel teams for customer stickiness and
  • conduct structure interventions to enhance team efficiency and adoption rates
  • Drive incremental growth in CMS transaction volumes for Market Penetration.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through joint scoping with branches and channel management by aligning with customer needs.
  • Development-Conduct product and process training sessions for branch team to drive awareness and adoption of CMS offerings

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree / MBA in any field

5 years of subject matter expert
