Job Description: As a Team Leader of relationship managers, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and enhancing the deepening of relationships with Channels (Branch, DSA, Builder). Your primary objective will be to achieve team targets and sales volume, ensuring team productivity and Location Productivity. You will also be accountable for Location NPS and managing HNI Clients, focusing on deepening relationships with them. Cross-selling of CASA and TPP will be another key responsibility.
