Job Title: Product Sales Manager - BiPAP and CPAP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our BiPAP and CPAP products in Chennai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives for BiPAP and CPAP products.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sleep therapy market.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets.

- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

- Identify and address customer needs and concerns.

- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

4. Market Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.

3. Skills:

- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in managing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with BiPAP and CPAP products and sleep therapy market is desirable.
