Understand the requirements quickly, architect and design test strategies, provide effort estimations as inputs to SOWs using best QA practices, peer review and take it all the way to production releases while collaborating with development engineers, stakeholders and the build/release team. Use of collaborative tools like Confluence wiki, JIRA Participate in problem solving and providing RCA with business tester, ORMB product team Provide assistance to ORMB solution architect in business configuration in ORMB Provide assistance to customer for creating SR with product team with proper analysis. Co-ordination with product team, managed services team for release management, Patch deployment. Support in stabilizing production billing runs. Lead the Parallel run execution where legacy system or old ORMB version results will compared with latest ORMB version. Lead the scope, testing, configuration discussion with customer s team, partner team Plan and Conduct the internal trainings, Train the training session. Participate and Lead internal initiative for creating consulting accelerators, re-usable assets, configurations. Work with product team to explain functional gaps.
