Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Define and lead the AI/ML program roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Partner with segment leaders, medical centers, and research institutes to identify clinical challenges and AI/ML innovation opportunities.

Ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with segment strategies and enterprise-wide goals.
Program Development & Delivery

Lead end-to-end program lifecycle: ideation, planning, execution, release, and post-deployment optimization.

Collaborate with global cross functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and secure deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Oversee data governance, model validation, and ethical AI practices across the portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement

Manage the full program lifecycle: ideation, planning, execution, release, and post-deployment optimization.

Collaborate with Release Centers to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Oversee data governance, model validation, and ethical AI practices across the portfolio.
Operational Excellence

Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Identify and mitigate risks related to data, compliance, and technology integration.
Executive Communication and Reporting
-
Share executive-level week/ bi-weekly or monthly reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on risks and asks.

Participate in operating and strategic review cadence.

Support the budgeting process to align investments with Segment and Science & Technology organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 12+ years of experience which includes 7+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or data-driven innovation.

Proven experience working with healthcare systems, clinical stakeholders, or regulated environments.

Demonstrated experience managing cloud-based SaaS products, with a focus on infrastructure, scalability, deployment, and security.

Excellent understanding of AI/ML technologies, model lifecycle, and cloud deployment best practices.
Preferred:

Master s degree.

PMP/Agile certification, Cloud Certifications.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML Ops frameworks.

Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, or other healthcare compliance standards.

Experience applying project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive organizational change.

Deep knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies with a track record of implementing shared standards.

Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all organizational levels.
