Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Lead to lead our embedded systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate technical projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of embedded systems development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers and technicians.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
