Product Owner/Business Analyst

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst with 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Your responsibility will include translating requirements into user stories and functional specifications to ensure alignment and clarity among stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. You will manage product backlogs, define sprint goals, and support release planning to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting the product lifecycle from concept to release will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into user stories and functional specifications - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity - Manage product backlogs, define sprint goals, and support release planning - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Support the product lifecycle from concept to release, including UAT coordination and feedback integration - Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, risks, and expectations Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - 12 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator role within a tech or digital environment - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC) - Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Certification such as CSPO, CAPM, or Agile BA is a plus - Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and QA/UAT processes is advantageous In addition to the job role, you will enjoy benefits like a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, work from home option, and performance bonuses.
