Description
As a Product Owner for MaxelTracker at TRU, a global leading organization dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology for business innovation, your main responsibilities will include: - Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MaxelTracker. - Translating business and customer requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. - Working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product releases. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation. - Engaging with customers, sales, and support teams to gather feedback for product improvement. - Defining and tracking KPIs and product performance metrics to guide decision-making. - Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features aligned with strategic goals. - Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams for clarity and alignment. - Staying updated on SaaS trends, employee productivity tools, and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Proven experience (3-6 years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management. - Experience in SaaS platforms, B2B productivity tools, or HR/employee monitoring software is a plus. - Excellent skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms. - Ability to balance technical understanding with business and customer value prioritization. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications include: - Experience in AI/ML-powered platforms or analytics-driven SaaS tools. - Understanding of data privacy regulations relevant to productivity monitoring tools. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for SaaS applications. - Prior experience in startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
