Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on provider enrollment and Medicaid regulations.
• Analyze and interpret federal and state-specific policies.
• Guide teams on compliance and process improvements.
• Research competitive policies and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to ensure accurate requirement definition.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for provider enrolment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with domain experts and business analysts to translate requirements into actionable features.
• Drive competitive analysis and incorporate insights into product strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare domain, Medicaid, and provider enrolment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
• 7+ years of experience, including prior experience as a Product Owner or similar leadership role.
