Product Owner / Product Manager – Workflow Automation

Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager with 8+ years of experience in PropTech or real-estate technology. You will own the product vision and roadmap for workflow automation solutions, work closely with clients and engineering teams, and ensure high-quality workflow delivery across leasing, CRM, and property operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for workflow automation.
• Lead requirement discovery with client teams and translate business needs into product features.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and maintain a clear backlog.
• Understand PropTech processes and terminology (leasing workflows, property operations, CRM flows, tenant journey, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering and workflow teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Validate workflow designs, conduct UAT, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify gaps, improvements, and optimization opportunities based on real estate domain expertise.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of leasing lifecycle, CRM flows, tenant journey, and property operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting engineering teams in delivering high-quality functional solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) is a strong plus.
