• Proven Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent stakeholder management & documentation skills
• Familiarity with banking compliance (PCI, WCAG, FFIEC)
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
• Own & manage product backlog for digital banking initiatives
• Define user stories, features & acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with tech, design & business teams
• Drive roadmap refinement and timely releases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Maintain product documentation, release notes & training materials
