Job Description

Role Overview

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for healthcare-related software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback and validate product features.
Monitor product performance and KPIs to inform future enhancements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in healthcare technology.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical data standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Twilio or contact center technologies.
Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
Exposure to AI-enhanced platforms and data-driven product development.
