Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Principal Product Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience in Engineering/Software Development and 3+ years of experience in product management with SaaS/Cloud companies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, data-driven product decision-making mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with customers, sales, and product teams to define and build impactful Platform capabilities.
Develop detailed technical product requirements and specifications for engineering teams.
Engage with developers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and address pain points.
Use data and insights to drive strategic product decisions and daily execution.
Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing new features and improvements based on customer feedback and business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and efficiently solve complex software delivery challenges.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills and data-driven product decision-making mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Identity and Access Management, Secret Management, DevOps/Developer Tools, and open source technologies.
Ability to think big while charting small steps towards end goals.
Obsession with customer research and design thinking.
Hands-on product ownership driven by data and research.
Creative and passionate problem solver.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
